1. Digital Products (Activity Book, Courses)

• Digital products are non-refundable as they are instantly delivered.
• In case of download issues, we will re-send the product link at no extra cost, regardless of location.

2. Physical Products (Flashcards)

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been shipped.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery; the request must be made within 7 days of receipt with proof of damage.
• Replacement will be issued for defective items; refunds will be processed only if replacement is not possible.
• International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

3. One-on-One Live Sessions

• Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
• Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.
