What do you need to bring?:

• A Yoga Mat to share with your child
• A Bottle of Water
• Wear comfortable clothing
• The session will be interactive and all parents are expected to participate
• Pre-registration is mandatory for the session to help us plan better

• My child is 1 year old, are they too young? Yes. The lower age limit is 24 months
• I will not be able to come, can I send my child? Yes, if you child is 4+ they can come by themselves
• Can I send my nanny? No.It will be appreciated if the child can be accompanied with either parent
